The Byzance Brilliant Serpents Hi-Hats are Derek Roddy's signature hi-hats. This exceptional pair offers two different finishes, different types of hammering and a noticeable weight difference between the two cymbals. The combination of an Extra Dry top cymbal with a Brilliant finished bottom delivers an outstanding crisp, washy, dirty sound with lots of warmth and a smooth feel. Hand hammered from B20 bronze in Meinl's own Turkish cymbal factory.
