Shell exteriors have the classic center Gretsch knurling pattern, are not plated and are finished with a light coat of lacquer. Additional features include Lightning throw-off, top and bottom die-cast hoops, 'Snap-In' key holder and 42-Strand snare wire (20-strands on 13" drums).
