About the Ludwig Brass Matte Black Limited:

Limited run Brass snare drums each shell is finished with a two step electroplated finish in matte Black Jack for a sleek and stealthy look. The electroplated shells have a slightly dryer tone, but plenty of projection. From cross stick to rim shots, these drums speak with clarity and aggression, with no loss in sensitivity.

All snares are fitted with classic Imperial lugs, P88 Throw off, P35 Butt Plate, 10 lug 2.3mm hoops, and a cast chrome Keystone badge. These drums are available in 6.5x14" and 8x14" sizes and feature Ludwig's legendary Hydrospun Brass shells.
